YOGA CLASSES

  • POWER

A hot power flow practice true to Sage's identity: music, flow, sweat, and soul. Power is our signature sixty minute hot yoga class. • SLOW FLOW

Studio is heated at approximately 105°f.

  • FLOW TO FLOOR

A vinyasa to yin practice that offers the vigor of a flow class with the restorative ending of a yin class. Flow to Floor begins with an invigorating 30 minute flow sequence; this sequence will be faster paced and more challenging when practiced earlier in the day, and slower paced when practiced later in the evening. Following the flow is a floor practice curated with seated and reclined poses - yin or restorative in nature - held longer and supported by blocks and other props as guided by the instructor. Flow to Floor is truly the fullest way to challenge, and relax your body all in one sixty minute practice. Studio is heated approximately between 95°f-105°f.

  • SCULPT

Strength-training exercises such as squats, lunges, biceps and triceps curls are incorporated to build lean muscle mass. Weighted rings, resistance bands, and other props may be offered. Studio is approximately heated at 95°f.

  • YIN

Yin yoga is a quiet contemplative practice. Yin works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. This is in contrast to a Yang yoga practice such as Power and Slow flow yoga which targets the muscles. Yin consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses, using props, that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer. Surround yourself in the healing power of this contemplative practice. Studio is heated between 85°f-95°f.

  • SET

Sage Set is a curated set sequence of poses and movements that remain the exact same for each class. Set offers meditative movement for those that find comfort and ease in repetition of practice. The Sage Set sequence is an excellent class for those who seek more guided alignment and slower paced movement to concentrate on the breath and held shape of the pose. Sage Set is only offered a few times a week so it can be practiced safely due to the repetitive nature of the set. 95°f-105°f.
